Getting To Know Your CSR: Personal Lines
At Wateridge our Personal Lines Department is made up of an incredible team of 8 professionally licensed customer service representatives (CSRs). We would like to take the time to introduce them to you. We value each member of our team and their unique personalities. Each CSR is assigned clients by an "Alpha Split" - dividing workflow by your last name allows them to give consistent, personalized assistance to every client. This will be the first of a series of introductions of the Wateridge Insurance Services Personal Lines team.

Debbie Wheeler

Wheeler has over two decades of experience working in insurance and has witnessed the changing industry from a unique perspective at Wateridge. You will likely find her smiling and usually making a joke of some sort, Wheeler's sense of humor and knack for organizing a good prank keeps the Personal Lines team on their toes! She is an avid reader and enjoys spending her weekends soaking up the sun on the beautiful Coronado beach or cruising in her brand new 2014 Mazda!

Famous for her chili-cheese dip, Wilkins is a loving mother and grandmother! Her big heart and her dedication are foundational to our team of Personal Lines customer service representatives. October marked her 10 year anniversary of service at Wateridge and she has certainly perfected the art of insurance coverage. She enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music, cooking and traveling!
